Digital B2B Support Analyst
Fort Worth, Texas

Exciting NEW job opening for a Digital B2B Support analyst to be hired fulltime by our client based in Downtown Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will be an action-oriented and self-motivated digital commerce applications analyst that will be responsible to support, optimize, and mobilize our client's enterprise digital commerce platforms: B2B eCommerce, sales order entry system, and other applications. This person will be responsible for supporting applications, incidents resolution, releases planning, and facilitating roadmap execution. This position provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with technical, customers, and cross-functional business teams to modernize corporate digital strategy and lift profitable growth across all digital commerce channels.

Applications Support and Releases
o The analyst serves as a liaison between the divisions/functions and the Digital Commerce development team to analysis, support and provide solutions to prioritized requests.
o Partners with business stakeholders, field sales, divisions, and internal IT groups to ensure solution implementation meets business needs and quality standards.
o Provides 2nd line of application support, training, systems admin activities and incident management.
o Translates high-level business requirements into functional/technical specifications for development team and manages changes to such specifications.
o Assist project managers with planning, designing, and implementation of new program rollouts

Coordination and Quality Control
o Coordinate with business on requests for reporting defects, enhancements, projects of various applications
o Co-function with technical team on development tasks, timelines, quality control and rollout of updates
o Validate and test solutions to meet business needs and requirements, and ensure the application integrity

Training and On Call
o Available for business hours and / or off-hours support including weekends and holidays as needed
o Coordinate training efforts for division personnel and IT internal groups to ensure a high level of proficiency with all applications and processes related to Digital Commerce

Required Skills:
o 3 or more years' experience as an application analyst, supporting enterprise digital commerce / eCommerce or related applications
o Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
o Able to work independently with minimal supervision
o Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems
o Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office
o Understanding of agile software development cycle and project management methodology
o Proven ability to prioritize and manage workload in a dynamic environment and to instill a sense of urgency in others as necessary to meet deadlines.
o Ability to develop and maintain positive, productive relationships with business partners at all levels inside and outside the organization.
