Sr. SAP Budget to Report Analyst
Location: Irving, Texas

We have a new job opening for a Sr. SAP Supply Chain BSA. This individual will work on-site at our client's global corporation's North American headquarters in Irving, Texas. We are seeking a Senior SAP Budget to Report professional to develop and deliver complete business solutions as SAP is implemented for all product lines. Budget to Report covers processes which are heavy in financial nature including managing Budget & Forecasting, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Controlling and Reporting. These processes need to be aligned/integrated in order to be able to collect the relevant information accurately and in time. You responsibilities will iinclude gap analysis of the as-is design and development of the to-be design in accordance with a global template. You will also perform in both a technical and functional capacity and be able to communicate across the organization. You will function as a subject matter expert for the Budget to Report process utilizing SAP modules such as FICO, AM etc. and have the capability to lead the business to sustainable business solutions based on industry standards and best practices.

o Represent IT from a technical and functional perspective for the entire "Budget to Report" process.
o Develop and implement the global design for the Budget to Report across multiple Product lines.
o Work in accordance with the Project Methodology standards.
o Independently create written deliverables, document processes, create and deliver presentations and train end users and support resources.
o Lead all activities required for a full implementation lifecycle.
o Ensure that all integration elements are addressed for both Budget to Report as well as other applications. Examples are BI/BW and Essbase.
o Configure SAP to support the business solutions including reporting.
o Create and maintain the Master data required to support the Budget to Report process.
o Support all change management and communication activities.
o Formally document change requests as required.

o Minimum 4 years' experience with SAP FICO and AM Modules
o Minimum 4 years' experience with SAP Full Lifecycle Implementations
o Minimum 4 years' experience in SAP v6+, ECC environments
o Minimum 4 years' experience creating technical documentation
o CPIM and/or ITIL certification desired
o Minimum Bachelor's Degree
o A broad understanding of business process, including front office and back office operations.
o An energetic passion for continuous improvement.
o Proven ability to deliver and support sustainable solutions on time, on budget and with quality
o Knowledge of prevalent IT methodologies, project management methodologies, management practices, architectures, system development lifecycles and best practices.
o Excellent leadership, communication (verbal, written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
