IMMEDIATE job opening for a UX Designer to work on-site at our client who is an industry leader in their field. This is a great opportunity to join a global organization and work on new applications. A blend of UX and UI skills is needed as these focus on the customer experience. The right individuals will be problem solvers and know how to identify pain points and opportunities of the customers journey. Contribute ideas on how to resolve customer pain points and product opportunities. Contribute conceptual solutions for MVP. Help with discovery on customer segments and personas. Identify and communicate KPI's for measuring product and creative success. Be able to understand the technology available on various platforms and how we might harness that in a simple but creative and innovative manner. Be comfortable sizing effort, cost and time for a request accounting for all platforms and channels. Someone with excellent communication will excel in this role. Portfolios Required.

Required Skills:
o Solid UX/UI design experience.
o UX/Web/App based technology knowledge.
o Strong HTML and CSS development, HTML5 and CSS3 preferred.
o Proactively assess and recommend improvements to the user experience.
o Advocate for usability, design and innovation within the organization.
o Develop process flows, conceptual diagrams, sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.
o Create user-centric concepts by considering customer feedback, and usability findings.
o Quickly iterate on multiple interactive design solutions and work through details.
o Brainstorm with cross-functional teams to help develop a creative direction based on user stories and product requirements.
o Work alongside engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the production cycle.
o Confidently defend design rationale used to create solutions in frequent executive-level design reviews.
o Speak authoritatively on concepts of spoken interaction design in daily iterations with product managers, engineers, and testers.
o Work with visual designers and quality assurance teams to ensure integrity of user experience in final product.
o Lead and influence creative process through successful design completion.
o Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
o Contribute to the evolution of user stories.
o Ensure changes or additions to digital standards are captured, delivered, and documented.
o Be comfortable with identifying objectives for usability testing and working with the Research team to execute the appropriate testing.
o Be able to give direction and deliver with confidence in a Product team about the Creative aspects of a request.
o Comfortable with the following applications: Sketch, Adobe XD, Invision, Principle.
o Portfolio required.
