IMMEDIATE NEW JOB OPENINGS for Access Management Design & Implementation Coordinators to join our team and work on-site at our client's global HQ's based out of either Mclean, VA or Memphis, TN. This role will join a dynamic and growing Global Access Management team, collaborating with the Director, Cyber Security and Manager, Access Management. You will be responsible for coordinating the requirements analysis, design and implementation of access management solutions for thousands of global users across over 150 business applications and systems. This position is a foundational role within a quickly growing team, with potential opportunity for contract-to-hire within the access management, information security, and broader technology organizations.

Responsibilities:
o Individually contribute as part of a cross-functional team of employees and contractors to the implementation of various projects that reduce cost, complexity and risk of access management, including:
o Access Provisioning Automation
o Access Provisioning Centralization
o Access Design & Segregation of Duties
o Access Role Standardization
o Access Support Platforms
o Access Review Automation
o Application Integration with Identity Management
o Application Onboarding to Standardized Processes
o Centralized Access Reporting
o Role Based Access Control
o Single Sign-On
o User Lifecycle Workflow Automation
o Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business and application teams and document output for business approval;
o Coordinate with application teams, data owners and other subject matter experts to confirm and document access / solution designs;
o Perform business, data and financial analysis where required to support requirements and design activities;
o Organize and participate in various testing activities associated with each project, where required;
o Monitor and support the implementation of solutions in coordination with development and production support teams;
o Regularly schedule, organize and effectively conduct meetings with stakeholders to accomplish project tasks as necessary;
o Troubleshoot and analyze escalated access support activities where first and second level support groups cannot resolve;
o Support further development of the team's access management policies, procedures and standards;
o Support the Manager, Access Management in various project activities as required.

Required Skills:
o Access Provisioning Automation Experience
o Application Integration with Identity Management
o Application Onboarding to Standardized Processes
o Centralized Access Reporting
o Role Based Access Control
o Single Sign-On
o User Lifecycle Workflow Automation
o 5 years of Information Security experience
o 2 years of business/system analytics experience
o Must have experience with Access Management Provisioning and Design
o Disciplined adherence to established information security policies and user access operating procedures and adaptive where guidance is not present.
o Strong documentation skills with regards to standard operating procedures.
o BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
o Eight (8) years of overall IT experience
o Three (3) years of Information Security experience or technical support experience
o Travel - up to 25% of the time
