100% Remote

We have 5 new job openings for Application Support Analysts to join our client's IT team. This is a great opportunity to join a global company that is currently going through a huge software expansion. The Application Support Analyst will provide technical customer support to clients regarding software use, navigation, reporting, installation, and other technical operations. Troubleshoots client issues and offers technical assistance and ensures proper handling, follow-up, and documentation. This opportunity is not responsible for infrastructure support; it's all application support! Must have excellent customer service skills! If you are a tech savvy individual with a helpdesk background providing application support and are able to provide excellent customer service than this is the opportunity for you!
Looking for someone to start ASAP!

o Promotes a positive relationship with the client base to foster additional product sales.
o Discovers the root cause of issues and communicates corrective action to clients.
o Under direct supervision, defines and/or resolves customer problems with the designated product line(s). Usually the first point of contact through telephone or email support.
o Works with development personnel and product team to determine solutions.
o Receive in-bound customer calls, email, and support tickets and works to effective resolution.
o Communicates customer suggestions for enhancements and ensures proper handling and follow-up.
o Documents problems and corrective procedures.
o Shift (8am-5pm CST M-F)

o 2-4+ years of experience with providing application support within customer service/help desk.
o Experience with Zendesk.
o Financial services industry experience.
o Experience with the MS Suite including high proficiency with Excel.
o Knowledge of specialized or technical terminology related to the assigned product line is essential.
o Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Windows Office software must be demonstrated.
o Proficiency with SQL queries, Terminal Services, Citrix and data manipulation tools recommended.
o Bachelors in Computer Science is preferred.
o Excellent written and oral communication skills a must.
