Associate Revenue Management Systems Coordinator

Location: Remote

We have an exciting job opening for an Associate Revenue Management Systems Coordinator to join our team and work with our global client. This role will role will carry out implementation activities from project communication through post implementation support. The Coordinator will also be responsible for the management and delivery of effective training and change management tasks as well as ensuring that the deployment delivers the intended business benefits and causes minimal disruption to the business operations.

: Responsible for data configuration and analysis of how a hotel uses tools and systems to perform Revenue Management
: Lead introductory kick off meetings with relevant hotel contacts
: Lead classroom training, e-Learning training, and one-on-one training as necessary
: Deliver Business Process and Forecast Validation webinars
: Configuration and Forecast Review calls with properties
: Pre & Post Go Live Support and transition to GRO support team
: Full system review / audit prior to closing the implementation process to ensure system has been made an integrated part of the revenue optimization process within the hotel
: Ensures project plans and goals are being followed and achieved, providing feedback or revising the plan, if needed
: Communicates and ensures tasks are completed accurately by required deadline
: Learns the RM business processes and systems as they vary by brand and region
: Learns the implementation processes as they vary by brand and/or region
: Continues to remain up to date on implementation process changes
: Communicates opportunities with the deployment plan and/or implementation process to Deployment Manager
: Reviews the implementation processes to ensure they remain relevant, effective and efficient to meet changing business standards and processes
: Reviews GRO Release Notes to ensure that Best Practices and Procedures remain current with the changing RM technology
: Maintains a strong working knowledge of Revenue Management business processes by brand and region and the current systems (ie. OnQ R&I, OnQ RM, OnQ FM, and IDeaS V5i)
: Works with GRO support teams and other support teams to ensure effective transition of properties post deployment

Required Skills:
: Extensive knowledge of GRO System and GRO implementation processes and standards
: 1-3 years of professional experience in hotel industry, revenue management practices, and /or systems & analysis
: Understanding of the Information Technology relating to Revenue and Property Management Systems
: Proficiency in the following software: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
: Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
: 4 Year College degree
: Previous GRO Implementation execution experience
: 3+ years of professional experience in hotel industry, revenue management practices for Focus/All Suites and Full Service hotels, and /or systems & analysis
: Experience with and extensive knowledge of travel industry database systems and distribution channels, including proprietary hotel company systems, GDS, Internet, etc. HHC database systems and software programs.
: Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
: Previous experience with large enterprise roll-outs.
