IMMEDIATE fulltime job opening for a Business Process Manager to join our client's team based out of Euless, Texas. This role is responsible for assisting the Senior Director in the administration and operations of projects and programs. In addition, he/she is responsible for contributing operations information and recommendations towards strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits, identify trends; forecast requirements, schedule expenditures; analyze variances; and initiate corrective actions. Ensures systems and procedures operate at maximum efficiency and lead staff for optimum performance. Plan and allocate resources to achieve productivity and quality goals. This position contributes to the overall success of the company by enhancing the organization's vitality through services provided to state medical and osteopathic boards as well as strategic industry partners. This role will have up to 8 direct reports and will oversee a team of 80 employees.

Responsibilities:
o Oversee and evaluate the routine operations and productions of current projects and programs
o Support National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) coordination and compliance, communications and process improvement requirements
o Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) documents are up to date and accurate within NCQA guidelines
o Ensure NCQA compliance including quarterly and annual audit procedures
o Manage staffing levels, wages, hours and contract labor
o Manage relationships with key operations vendors
o Supervise department team members in accordance with overall company policy
o Review system and team member performance data to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels
o Lead employees using performance management and development processes that provide an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and includes goal setting, feedback and performance development planning.
o Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency
o Develop and maintain liaison relationships with other departments, state medical board staff and other outside entities as required
o Serve as troubleshooter and perform crisis management for related projects and processes
o Facilitate the preparation and analysis of reports
o Organize and manage business meetings
o Complete special projects, as assigned by Senior Director

Required Skills:
o Bachelor's Degree
o 5-7 years' recent management and supervisor experience with multiple direct reports and overseeing 25+ staff including frontline and supervisory level
o Credentialing experience preferred
o Candidates must possess extensive leadership and management experience of business processes in a large corporate environment, with oversight across diverse teams working together to efficiently deliver outstanding results and customer satisfaction.
o The successful candidate will have experience managing and motivating a team of 25+ employees
o Experience with business process management is required.
o Back office experience required
o Experience in working through organizational change is required; implementing change utilizing LEAN processing techniques is required
o LEAN Certificate preferred
o Candidates with background/experience in healthcare (patient financial services) manufacturing, claims processing, credit card processing, service desk, or back office - anything that's production based will be a good fit
o Must be strong with performance based management
o Excellent written, oral and analytical skills. Ability to act as an 'ambassador' for company in professional and trade settings is required
