Marketing Mixed Models and Multi-Touch Attribution Models

The Data Analytics Analyst will work on the Analytics Team who serves as internal consultants to key functions across the business, including customers, marketing, digital, revenue, and sales organizations, with specialized support for the executive leadership team. The team consists of both embedded subject matter experts, who serve as strategic advisors to key stakeholders, and more technical experts, who are proficient in Tableau, R, SAS and Microstrategy. The team is fully integrated within the business functions in order to ensure close partnerships and more effectively measure and drive company performance.
As a Data Analytics Consultant to the Marketing Analytics team, you will report to the Director of Marketing Analytics and serve as the subject matter expert on the development of Marketing Mix Model and Multi-Touch Attribution Model (MMM/MTA).
o On behalf of the Data & Analytics organization, own the development of MMM & MTA, working closely with the Data Strategy & Governance team, Marketing Performance team, PMO, Data Science team, and external vendor.
o Serve as the hands-on subject matter expert on the building, implementation, interpretation, and usage of the MMM and MTA.
o Conduct additional advanced statistical analyses, as required by the project and team.
o Minimum Education: BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
o Master’s Degree in Statistics, Analytics, or Applied Mathematics preferred
o 5 years hands-on experience building Marketing Mix Models and/or Multi-Touch Attribution Models (MMM / MTA)
o Strong experience in the development, implementation, interpretation, and usage of MMM and MTA
o Experience in advanced statistical marketing analytics, using tools such as SQL, R, Python, SAS, or other statistical package
o Expert analytical, quantitative, and statistical skills
