Digital Analytics Support Consultant
6 Months+ Contract
Location: Dallas, Texas

IMMEDIATE new job opening for a Digital Analytics Support Consultant to join our team and work on-site at our client's HQ's in Addison, Texas. The Digital Analytics Support Specialist provides direct analytical assistance and digital analytics tool maintenance to drive data driven business decisions. The Digital Analytics Support Specialist enjoys:
o Identifying and resolving analysis, implementation, and tool-related digital analytics issues
o Driving analytics tool value realization through digital analytics user training, support, and enablement activities

o Maintain digital tool capabilities directly tied to app analytics support (e.g. app analytics, marketing campaign codes, in-app messaging)
o Manage user onboarding and support requests related to supported digital analytics tools including app-specific capabilities
o Act as the on-the-ground interface between analytics technology resources and internal and external teams utilizing Adobe Analytics and its integrations within the Digital Analytics stack
o Work with tagging resources to support new analytics implementations and features
o Provide digital analytics user training, enablement, and support
o Maintain and update back-end digital analytics implementation settings, such as Adobe Processing Rules, Variable Settings, classifications, and marketing channel processing rules, with appropriate documentation and communication to stakeholders
o Troubleshoot analytics implementation specific issues (client & tool configuration) and work with development and analytics technology teams to resolve.

Required Skills:
o 3 years of experience with digital analytics applications (e.g. Adobe Analytics)
o 3 years of analysis experience (digital marketing preferred)
o 2 years of experience researching and reporting tool issues as well as maintaining tool systems
o 2 years of supporting stakeholders via requests based on their business questions and goals
o Experience providing user support including ticketing systems for issue resolution (e.g. QuickBase, ServiceNow or similar ticketing system)
o 1 year of experience working with app specific analytics and tagging
o Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. QuickBase, ServiceNow) - preferred
o Experience with TrackingFirst/Claravine - preferred
