Digital Change Management Analyst
6 month contract
Texas (Remote option)

IMMEDIATE new job opening for a Digital Change Management Analyst to join our team and assist our Global Client's Digital HR Team. This role reports to the Director of Governance and Strategy within Digital HR. This role will participate in developing and implementing Organizational Change Management (OCM) communications to corporate, field and team members. Your work will also include your execution of change strategies, training and communication for new release features and functionality. You will ensure change adoption and support properties and corporate functions globally with enablement resources. Further, you will craft high quality, tactical deliverables to socialize and educate business functions across the enterprise. Specifically this role will focus on the communication and training phase with OCM. This role will be responsible for writing communication and sending to the COMM team as well as preparing training material.

Role:
o Translate organizational change management plans into visual communications, job aids, road shows, presentations and talking points.
o Provide support and facilitation for all Digital Human Resources (HR) change management actions.
o Handle and provide maintenance and outage notifications.
o Work in a team environment to establish and execute a change management program for multiple systems/programs in various stages of the release cycle.
o Maintain positive partnerships in a highly matrixed organization and collaborate cross-functionally.
o Commit to following processes within the organization, and utilize standardized OCM tools, templates and methodologies.
o Work with leaders to produce creative change management strategies and plans for upcoming
enhancements, improvements and/or rollouts.
o Support tasks and assignments from the Vice President, Digital HR.

Required Skills:
o 2+ years' experience within governance, organizational change management,
o corporate training implementation and/or learning management
o Digital experience is a plus
o Experience supporting technology within OCM
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Deep understanding of change management using a change management methodology
o BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
o Experience in change management using a change management methodology
o Experience with data gathering and data analysis
o Experience with SharePoint, including SharePoint Forms
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
o MA/MS Master's Degree - plus
o Exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud - plus
o Experience with Adobe Captivate tool - plus
