Digital Product Manager

Immediate new job opening for a multi-platform product manager to join our team and work on-site at our clients' global HQs based in Carrollton. This role will focus primarily on maintaining and enhancing current digital websites. The goal will be to optimize current website products and bring visibility to the projects as needed. The role could be managing technical products such as: back-end systems, transactions, integrations, etc. This individual will manage scrum teams, rain daily Sprint standups, write user-stories, etc. The primary focus is on delivery vs. strategy.
The Product Manager will wear many hats and will be required to work closely with mobile product owners, business stakeholders, creative, IT, QA and UAT teams in order to deliver exceptional products across platforms. The Team Member will be required to have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing, over the phone or video. The role will influence and motivate team members to deliver exceptional products by being creative, thoughtful, organized, and decisive. The Product Manager will be required to have a strong business acumen, a holistic understanding of web technologies and trends, and experience working in the digital space.

o Manage Scrum Teams
o Lead Daily Sprints
o Product research
o Reviewing analytics for error trending and reporting on changes over time
o Real-time product testing and troubleshooting
o Root cause analysis
o Managing product enhancements and maintenance requests
o Documenting clear and complete business requirements, use cases, user stories and scope
o Functional requirement review/approval
o Stakeholder management
o Project team support
o Will work on products that are integrated global and mobile web

Required Skills:
o Digital Product Management experience - 3+ years (this role will work with digital web)
o Bachelor's degree preferred
o Heavy Agile background
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Superior organizational skills with strong attention to detail
o Experience in digital features and functions
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
o Must be highly-motivated with a desire to achieve success through collaboration and teamwork.
o Proficiency in computer programs essential to perform job tasks, such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and e-mail
o Experience in ticketing systems such as Jira, Confluence or Quality Center (preferred)
