IMMEDIATE NEW job opening for a Director of Digital Experience to join our client fulltime.  This is a hands-on, hard-working, detail-oriented, and strategic role that will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.  The successful candidate will lead, develop, and execute digital experiences to enhance the brand story and direct users to brand products that increase website sales and revenue. Partner with IT to manage user experience across platforms and assist with problem resolution. The candidate will own the website development roadmap, by defining and prioritizing cross-functional requirements for website features, ongoing marketing content, and improvements to business processes. The candidate will own the websites content management system using both enterprise and web content management systems overall as a marketing platform. Must possess an entrepreneurial/start-up attitude.



o Lead strategy and planning for web experiences

o Own digital marketing metrics and KPI’s

o Execute digital marketing strategies to tell the brand story (align with brand strategy for 2021)

o Strategy design and develop requirements for user facing products and site features

o Planning and promotion of products, key campaigns and offers

o Develop the digital customer journey that drives brand engagement through website purchases and align digital touch points with experiences and website purchases

o Own the market requirements documents, builds hypothesis for new features, and support all initiatives with data and a strong business case.

o Lead and manage external agency partners (Digital Experience and System Integrations)

o Create and optimize, curated journeys for different segments

o Fully internalize the vision for the digital channel translating it into tangible actionable plans

o Continuously evolve, A/B test, improve and set the direction for the digital channel

o Help establish product management best practices


Required Skills:

o Expert front-end web design and CMS experience (i.e., WordPress, Stencil)

o Experience in eCommerce (i.e., WooCommerce, BigCommerce)

o Bachelor’s degree with focus in marketing, computer science, and or management information systems

o 7-10 years’ experience in web development, design, and user experience with a strong understanding of the entire digital marketing landscape

o Project and team management

o Strong understanding of latest online marketing concepts, tactics, strategy, and best practices

o Technical expertise to build experiences
