Infrastructure Manager
Contract to Hire
Location: Irving, Texas

We have an exciting new job opening for an Infrastructure Manager to join our client's IT team. This position will work closely with all levels of the organization as well as with other members of IT. Must be a technical "jack of all trades" and be strong within all areas of infrastructure specifically within Office 365, Networking, and Active Directory. This Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for maintaining the technical infrastructure throughout the enterprise. This includes day to day administration, AD maintenance, proactive software updates / patching, Office 365 support, and software and hardware refreshes / maintenance. This role will be responsible for a high-level Infrastructure management but at the same time not be afraid to get his or her hands dirty. The right candidate will enjoy mentoring Junior Infrastructure team members and challenging those Advanced Infrastructure team members. This role will be responsible for leading and being involved in implementations, maintenance efforts, and outages and troubleshooting.

o 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Infrastructure Manager
o Strong experience with Networking, Active Directory and Office 365
o Strong leader, personnel manager, and mentor for the team
o BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
o Superior customer service and communications skills (written and verbal)
o Ability to recognize, analyze, and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner using industry best practices and procedures
o Superior relationship skills with the ability to work with multiple personalities
o Superb troubleshooting skills
o Ability to manage small to medium time sensitive projects with ease
o Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, flexibility and agility
