Lead UX Designer
Dallas, TX; San Jose, CA; or Remote

IMMEDIATE NEW JOB OPENING for a fulltime Lead UX Designer to join our client's team and own and drive the design for multiple products and platforms that support our client's cloud offering and apps. You will collaboratively work with Product and Engineering to create, refine, and explore ways in which business partners can create world-class products.
The ideal candidate is a talented and experienced designer with exceptional problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and solid design instincts who can translate business needs into fantastic customer-focused solutions. This individual will be a self-starter who brings original ideas and fresh approaches to each project they work on. The person is responsive, flexible, and thrives in collaborative work environments.
o UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. The person can also demonstrate a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile.
o Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
o Compile and analyze research, create user flows, wireframe solutions, mockup UIs and design experiences
o Participate in transforming high-level product roadmap initiatives into robust features that fully serve the needs of our customers
o Produces high-quality UX design solutions through journey maps, wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
o Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
o Prepare and present draft concepts to internal teams and key stakeholders
o Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
o Conducts layout adjustments based on user feedback
o Setting standards across products and companies

Required Technical Skills:
o BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
o Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
o Portfolio of design projects
o Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. and InVision, Figma, etc.)
o Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
