Oracle EBS Integration Development Lead
Location: Euless, Texas

We have an exciting new job opening for an Oracle E-Business Integration Development Lead to work on-site at our client's headquarters in Euless, TX. Oracle EBS is a key corporate application that supports our client's finance, purchasing, and supply chain organizations. This individual will lead the Oracle EBS Development team both onshore and offshore. This role will report to the Senior IT Manager of Enterprise Applications. The Development Lead will work with functional resources and end-users as well as be responsible for all phases of the software development lifecycle in building and maintaining enterprise systems that improve the overall efficiencies.

o Manage offshore/onshore development resources.
o Work with functional team members to identify business requirements and different application integrations.
o Provide validation of technical design.
o Finalize Strategy for Interfaces, Conversions, Reports and Extensions.
o Confirm unit testing of reports, interfaces, data conversion and extensions (workflow, triggers, forms, etc.)
o Support all technical activities and follow the processes outlined to follow approved SDLC.
o Work with the offshore team to deliver technical design & development tasks.
o Manage day to day technical challenges and communicate to manager of any risks or issues associated with the development activities.
o Analyze the best solution to achieve the user requirement and design the best data model.
o As required, provide updates to the deliverables identified for the development team.
o Produce all work products and deliverables with quality and on schedule.
o Support solution validation in the phases of Unit Testing, UAT and Go Live.

o 5+ years Oracle E Business (12.2) Suite Technical modules (All Financials, Purchasing, Inventory, Project Accounting).
o 4+ years of hands-on experience with Middleware tools.
o Previous experience leading/managing at least 3+ people.
o Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus.
o Excellent motivational skills and ability to lead an offshore development team.
o Sound knowledge of the Oracle EBS architecture and how it can be interfaced with all the upstream and downstream systems.
o Candidate should have knowledge of best practices for Oracle Technical processes.
o Effective written and verbal communications a must, with presentation experience.
o Excellent time management and organizational skills.
o Ability to work collaboratively in a project teams with exceptional ability to effectively move forward on tasks even with ambiguous or changing requirements.
o Experience with Agile development methodologies.
o Significant hands on, combined, relevant hands on experience with tools such as Linux/Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle Workflow Builder, Oracle Approvals Management (AME), Oracle Forms (or other equivalent), Oracle Reports/Oracle BI Publisher (or other equivalent), Oracle Alerts, Oracle Application Framework, Java, BPEL, OSB and data management tools (e.g., Oracle, SQL,PL/SQL).
