IMMEDIATE new job opening for a Project Analyst to join our client's team fulltime and work out of their office in Palm Springs, Florida. This is an external facing role and will be working closely with clients, so being highly organized and confident when speaking to others is a must. This is an excellent opportunity to join as a Project Analyst and grow with the company. Our client provides Cyber Security software and solutions in the investment industry. You will grow your knowledge in the Cyber Security space along with your Project Management and sales skills.

General Responsibilities
o Assist with client projects and develop the skills to lead projects.
o Identify tasks necessary to remediate identified risks and vulnerabilities for clients and service providers.
o Conduct risk analysis, assessments, and security audits using internal and third-party tools.
o Demonstrate an advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and related standards.
o Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, controls to mitigate risks, and related opportunities for control improvement.
o Understand business, information technology, risk, and operational management processes.
o Interpret controls and provide suggestions for mitigation strategies to clients and service providers.
o Learn the regulatory framework and compliance guidelines for cybersecurity (e.g. SEC, NFA, FCA, MAS, and any other regulatory agency applicable to our clients).
o Ensure projects are completed within a reasonable time frame and monitor the status of projects.
o Initiate periodic check-ins with clients to ensure services and projects are up to par with client expectations.
o Follow up with clients and service providers to ensure documents requests or documents needing review are addressed.
o Update internal trackers, provide status updates to project managers, and ensure other internal matters relating to projects or clients are kept up-to-date.
o Maintain relationships with clients, IT providers, and other service providers.

Project Responsibilities
o Prepare summary and gap analysis reports highlighting the features of our clients' cybersecurity programs.
o Schedule, conduct, and lead risk assessment meetings with clients and IT providers to obtain information regarding a client's security and privacy controls.
: Prepare risk assessment reports and discuss the assessment findings with clients.
o Conduct cybersecurity due diligence on our clients' service providers.
: Send, track, and store due diligence questionnaires and corresponding documents from service providers.
: Create deadlines, send reminder emails, and deadline extension notifications to service providers.
: Review due diligence submissions from service providers and follow up with service providers, where necessary.
: Prepare risk assessment reports based on the due diligence exercise and discuss the assessment findings with clients.
o Conduct vulnerability scans on client networks and send scan reports to clients.
: Deploy and execute vulnerability assessments with clients' onsite.
: Act as liaison between vulnerability scanning solution provider and IT providers
o Conduct live or schedule online training for clients and track the status of the trainings scheduled online and prepare training reports.
o Schedule online phishing exams, set phishing exam timeframes, monitor phishing campaigns, and prepare phishing reports.
o Conduct live or virtual incident response tabletop exercises and prepare tabletop exercise summary reports.

Minimum Qualifications
o Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Project Management or Finance - plus.
o Interest in Cyber Security, Finance and Project Management.
o Experience in at least one client/customer facing role.
o Knowledge of IT infrastructure, Cloud Technology, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Incident Response.
o Ability to effectively communicate with clients and maintain strong client relationships.
o Ability and willingness to take on projects outside of the regular scope of work.
o Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Excellent time management skills.
o Knowledge of hedge fund, private equity, or RIA operations/compliance a huge plus.
