Sales & Marketing CRM/E-Commerce Solution Architect

IMMEDIATE new job opening for a fulltime Sales & Marketing CRM E-Commerce focused Solution Architect to join our client's team fulltime based out of Seattle, Washington. They recently began a journey to SAP S/4 for their core financials and supply chain business processes and are looking to select our integrated next generation Sales and Marketing technologies. This person will lead the way and help guide our client through the selection of the best CRM platform for their company and industry.
This position will sit on their SAP Center of Excellence IT team which is leading them through their ECC to S/4 HANA migration. This is an exciting opportunity to help them shape their digital future further as they transform to the SAP S/4 HANA platform. They currently run SAP utilizing ECC, S/4, MDG, Fiori, BPC, BW, and Business Objects for their core financials and supply chain business processes. They have several multi-terabyte HANA instances that they recently migrated to SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC). Seeking a talented Sales & Marketing / E-Commerce Solution Architect who is highly motivated, team oriented, and will be a key contributor on our transformative journey. Responsibilities
o Architect scalable, flexible solutions that are extensible to future business needs in areas of SAP Sales & Marketing, CRM, E-commerce
o Bridge between the business and IT
o Translate sales and marketing strategies, requirements, and current processes into a solution design to increase sales, margins and improve customer service
o Identify new technology solutions to improve the effectiveness of sales and marketing
o Guide business through solution and process improvement possibilities, and best practices
o Design, develop and maintain sales and marketing technology architecture and roadmaps
o Design a solution to:
o Automate business processes
o Create an end to end view of customer lifecycle
o Improve customer service by providing an end to end view of the customer
o Provide an analytical tool and supporting processes with real time visibility to ROI of product, sales or service
o Improve forecasting sales ability
o Drive business across wood products
o Reduce complexity, enhance IT agility to provide foundation for future sales & marketing initiatives
o Reduce operational costs through automation
o Advise stakeholders on industry standards in order to provide suggestions to achieve standard configuration and streamlined processes
o Evaluate and articulate solution value to all levels of the organization
o Willingness to challenge established practices/processes and draw relevant conclusions with the willingness to take calculated risks within the organization
o Lead workshops for solution design and architecture
o Provide support including technical troubleshooting to application support team in emergency situations
o Contribute to the automation, simplification, and overall improvements in the Sales and Marketing space

Qualifications
o Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive, relevant Solution Architecture experience with various technologies such as: SAP, MS Dynamics CRM, SalesForce and others
o CRM Generalist
o Experience in designing and implementing sales and marketing solutions in an industrial manufacturing industry preferred
o Experience with B2B marketing and sales tools and architecture for ecommerce solutions
o Experience integrating sales and marketing solutions with enterprise solutions

o Stays current on industry trends and new technologies. Highly proficient in leading the development, and continuous improvement of solution roadmaps
o Experience with, or integrated solutions with SAP or another ERP, a plus

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively negotiate with other teams to create a mutually beneficial solution, recognized as a trusted advisor
o Displays a commitment to growing technical skills and discovering new and better ways to deliver technical and application solutions. Proactively mentor others in growing technical abilities
o Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to all levels of technical and non-technical owners at all levels of the organization
o Outstanding customer service skills including working effectively with all levels of the organization to provide highly effective Finance solutions
o Ability to support a collaborative atmosphere by proactively soliciting input from others and promoting an environment where all team members feel comfortable sharing and discussing their ideas and where the opinions of others are respected
o Ability to build effective and productive working relationships with team members and business partners, while effectively identifying and prioritizing issues and solutions
o Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is required.
