Service Desk Analyst
Location: Casa Grande, AZ

3-6 Month Contract

We have a great new job opening for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team. This role requires technical proficiency and ability to provide exceptional service to our users. Primary location of support will be our Casa Grande, AZ manufacturing plant. Also, the position will support users and systems at other locations in Texas, Arizona, Ohio, as well as our sales staff throughout the nation.

o Proactively monitor network infrastructure and respond rapidly to issues
o Possess desktop troubleshooting skills and techniques to solve complex issues (Printing, applications, networking)
o Process hardware and software service requests by coordinating user setup, installation, and upgrade tasks.
o Technical knowledge of cabling installation and troubleshooting
o Configure and deploy workstations, servers, network hardware, and applications
o Deploy and support mobile devices.
o Support and train the end user on proper use of software and hardware systems.
o Update incident management system with relevant notes and knowledge base information.
o Support our end users with the highest of customer service expectations
o Occasional travel (1-3 trips per year) to support our remote locations.

o Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Operating System
o Ability to scope and drive technical problems to successful resolution.
o Possess motivation to continue developing their expertise in the areas including, but not limited to: Backup and Recovery Solutions, Enterprise Messaging & Collaboration Solutions, Active Directory, Microsoft System Center Suite, Networking, Security, Storage and Virtualization.
o Technical training and experience to include Microsoft Certified Professional certification or training.
