Small Banking SalesForce Applications Support Manager

IMMEDIATE new job opening for a hands-on Applications Support Manager to join our team and work on-site at our client's headquarters based out of Arlington, Texas. Seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy manager who has experience in the banking industry. This is excellent opportunity to grow with a tech-forward company and utilize banking specific applications such as Jack Henry and Q2. The ideal candidate will have a strong Project Management or Management background on the operations side as well as excellent communication and coordination skills working with end users, vendors and business leaders. This role will also be responsible for hands-on applications support.

o Manage applications team (3-5 employees)
o Hands-on work with all 50 applications
o Develop in SalesForce with Apex
o Liaise between technology and end users
o Coordinate with various business units
o Manage projects, coordinate timelines, set meetings and negotiate with vendors
o Monitor Jack Henry Core and application connections such as Q2 and SalesForce
o Write SQL database queries

Required Skills:

o Current hands-on applications support experience
o Salesforce development with Apex
o SQL Database experience
o Project management/Management - operational experience (budgets, reviews, etc.)
o Core conversion experience
o Experience with one of the following: Jack Henry (preferred), FIS, FISERV
o Cognos 11 experience
o Q2 online banking software - preferred
o Experience working in the banking industry
o Experience switching online banking products
o Bachelor's Degree and Certifications - plus
