IMMEDIATE new fulltime job opening for a Sr. Marketing Product Manager to work directly for one of our awesome clients based out of Austin, Texas.  This is an extraordinary opportunity to join a team of driven professionals in a growing company.  Looking for a Product Manager who is strategic, self-motivated, extremely collaborative, and insatiably curious about people, culture, communications, and connections. This hybrid role requires an agency background in brand communication, strategic planning, and integrated campaign management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of balancing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Communication and collaboration are key parts of this job; the Product Manager will need to bring interpersonal strength to every situation.



o Develop and execute integrated marketing programs to promote products with a focus on segments and audiences

o Create integrated go-to-market strategies that include paid (ads: digital and print), owned (social, .com digital experiences), and earned channels (PR)

o Identify media outlets for press releases and promotions

o Integrate, develop, and manage strategy, across all platforms, digital, creative, social media, for products from creation to execution

o Enforce brand marketing guidelines in trademarks, logos, and publications

o Measure success of various marketing campaigns

o Drive profitable sales, brand growth, and loyalty

o Develop and execute brand management plans

o Leverage customer feedback and insight data to refine brand management and perform primary research

o Develop and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies

o Provide design and direction for collateral, web, and other visual communications media for the company

o Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand

o Manage relationships and coordinate with Customer Experience influencers and team shooters, as well as internal partners

o Act as the Project Manager of integrated/cross-tactic programs

o Manage calendar of events



o 5-7 years of multi-channel marketing experience, social media management and strategy experience, and experience leading marketing campaigns and project teams, including dotted line reports and mentoring

o Brand communication, strategic marketing, and integrated campaign management experience

o Loyalty product management experience – HUGE plus

o Previous experience executing marketing strategies

o Must know best practices and structures

o Direct to consumer conversion experience

o Experience in a consumer goods company is preferred

o CPT (cost per transaction) experience – plus

o Excellent communication, customer service skills, able to develop and maintain business partnerships

o Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

o Advanced knowledge and experience using YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media

o Strong organization and time management skills, able to multitask, able to meet changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

o A motivated, self-driven, hard-working professional

o Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office, and marketing platforms (Wordpress, CRM solutions, Klaviyo)

o Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro

o Experience in crisis management and/or public relations

o Hands on experience using analytics tools, including Google Analytics, content management tools

o Experience reporting on analytics and delivering to KPI’s

o Available for occasional travel
