100% Remote


We have an immediate new job opening for a Sr. MarTech Strategist.  The Sr. MarTech Strategist is responsible for working with our clients and vendors on solution development for integrating various digital data sources within our proprietary database solution.  This role works primarily in the Data Integration and Business Development practice area, works closely with Architecture, Digital, and Project Management teams, and effectively builds relationships across the organization.



o Assist in the growth of revenue from technology and help monetize platform capabilities.

o Collaborate with Technology Solutions architects and developers to establish standard data integration methodologies for digital platforms used in marketing executions.

o Collaborate with Campaign Strategy, Digital Strategy, and Client Service in the development of personalized marketing strategies with an emphasis on leveraging technology.

o Proactively research and investigate new technologies and platforms that support integrated personalized Omni channel communication strategies.

o Support Digital Attribution and Reporting Analyst in fulfillment in campaign tagging and reporting.

o Collaborate with other practice areas to provide hands-on solution development and subject matter expertise.

o Experience with digital marketing platforms and identification of data integration sources supporting those platforms.

o Experience with CDPs (Tealium preferred).

o Marketing Cloud Platform experience (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Nielsen, etc.).

o Experience with tag management solutions and digital analytics solutions.  

o Ability to facilitate data integration discovery based on deep understanding of integrated marketing technology stack implementations.

o Ability to define and create technical requirements to support customer journeys and campaign performance reporting.

o Understand digital investments and bottom line impact, including marketing ROI.

o Knows how to leverage technology that supports an integrated strategy for customer journey mapping and deeper audience insights.

o Understands how digital technology, data capture and data analysis informs creative messaging, ad serving and audience targeting.

o Experience with data integration tools and options including batch ETL processes, web services, APIs and data integration platforms.

o Understand how to leverage technologies deployed such as Tealium, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Umbraco, etc.

o Excellent communication including written, verbal, and presentation.

o Willingness to travel to client sites for presentation and management of data integration projects.

o Ability to juggle multiple goals and deadlines.
